The Bite
Fender was launching their new Play App that teaches people how to play guitar. But they were hitting a wall with conversions. People didn't seem to want to download the APP. We were hired to help figure out the problem.

We were able to provide fender a solid foundation to build on. The time and budget constraints that we had limited our ability to complete a more thorough process.
However the client was very happy with the outputs. They came back to us later to address issues on the Fender Play app, and the Fender Website.
