It all started at Salesforce, as a designer, I took on major cloud clients and created the Partner Marketing Portal. I was also the primary designer for Dreamforce '15 & '16. '16 was the first year the site and app worked seamlessly, leading to a 93% decrease in complaints—a herculean feat that still makes me proud.
My adventure continued at Dentsu / McGarry Bowen. My team and I worked our UX magic for clients like Cool Effect and Essex Property Trust. At Essex, we achieved an impressive 83% increase in conversion rates. I also collaborated with big names like Microsoft, Juniper Systems, Fender, and Peloton, delivering top-notch design solutions and making a real impact.
Next, I found myself at Wonolo, where I managed a team focused on our B2B and B2C SaaS platforms. We simplified the product, making it more efficient and user-friendly. This led to a 33% increase in user efficiency and a 25% boost in Net Promoter Scores. Our new rating system for B2C customers was a game-changer, improving positive outcomes by 65%. The gig work process became more pleasant and efficient for everyone involved, which was incredibly rewarding.
Then came my superhero stint at Delta Dental INS. There, I had the pleasure of leading a fantastic team of five designers. We took on the daunting task of overhauling the Provider Platform, which was a bit like navigating a bureaucratic jungle. But we turned it around, reducing dispute resolution times from a sluggish 22 days to a lightning-fast 5 days. It was like turning a slow-moving snail into a speedy cheetah! Users and regulators were thrilled, and we created a much smoother experience.
